❥ Polymerisation:-

A chemical reaction in which two or more molecules combine to form larger molecules that contain repeating structural units — compare association sense 5.

❥ Vulcanization:-

Vulcanization refers to a range of processes for hardening rubbers. The term originally referred exclusively to the treatment of natural rubber with sulfur, which remains the most common practice; however, it has also grown to include the hardening of other rubbers via various means.

❥ Calorific value of a fuel:-

Calorific value is the amount of energy released or produced when 1 kg of fuel burns or any other substance is burnt in the presence of oxygen and the products of combustion are cooled to STP. Its SI unit is kJ/kg.

❥Endemic species:-

In ecology, an endemic species refers to a species that is native to where it is found. A species can be endemic to a particular small geographical area, such as a single island, or to a larger area, such as a continent.

❥ Eukaryotes:-

Eukaryote, any cell or organism that possesses a clearly defined nucleus. The eukaryotic cell has a nuclear membrane that surrounds the nucleus, in which the well-defined chromosomes (bodies containing the hereditary material) are located.
