1 . Sexual Reproduction involves the sex cells and fertization. So, two parents are involve to generate the offspring. Example - Plants and animals ( Mammal) Asexual reproduction does not involves sex cells and fertization . So , single parent give rise to offspring.

2 . Budding is the asexual mode of reproduction. In budding, a genetically identical new organism grows attached to the body of parent Hydra and separates later on.

In the process of budding, a bud develops as an outgrowth due to repeated cell division at one specific site. This bud grows randomly and there is no specific order or direction they follow.
