1. Netiquette:- the correct or acceptable way of using the internet.

2. email:- messages distributed by electronic means from one computer user to one or more recipients via a network.

3. The general format of an email address is local-part@domain, and a specific example is [email protected]. Thus, an address consists of two principal parts, a username and a domain name. The domain name is used to transport a mail message to the host of the recipient's mail system.

4. The difference between the two is that, while you can see a list of recipients when CC is used, that's not the case with BCC. It's called blind carbon copy because the other recipients won't be able to see that someone else has been sent a copy of the email.

5. (I) Emails are delivered extremely fast when compared to traditional post.

(ii) Emails can be sent 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

(iii) Webmail means emails can be sent and received from any computer, anywhere in the world, that has an internet connection .

(iv) Cheap - when using broadband , each email sent is effectively free.
