The worker gets a piece of land for his services.Feudalism restored the fallen throne post-war.Landlords intervened the situation where kingdoms lost battle. They promoted peace by freeing peasants.

Disadvantages

It created disparity between nobles and princes by creation of class.The rich became rich and the poor were exploited.It made the landlord as dictator to serfs or fiefs.The kings and nobles made peasants uneducated and poor.
2.Because temples were actually the placez built by kings as a mark of pride. When other kings attacked they wanted to destroy thier pride so they destroyed templez in medieval period.
