This situation is faced by many of the farmers living in the coastal areas. The sea water when floods it's way through to the farmlands, and gets evaporated eventually, leaves the salt as residue.

This salination leads to the degradation of it. Also this is one of the major reasons for the abandonment of lands of forefathers due to its incompetency
