1) The government works at three levels i.e, at national level there is central government formulating policies and laws for the nation as a whole , then at state level, there are state governments that look after the governance of their respective states and the relation between center and that state and with other states then the third level i.e., local level constitutes of the governance in municipalities and Panchayats in district wise function.
