Answer:

By Archimedes Principle , volume of water displaced is same as volume of object immersed.

Diameter of object is 3.6cm so radius is 1.8 cm

Volume of Sphere = \frac{4}{3}\pi r^{3}  = 4/3 x pi x 1.8 x 1.8 x 1.8 = 24.416 cm^3 or 24.416 ml of water is displaced.

Step-by-step explanation:

According to Archimedes Principle;

Volume of water displaced = volume of object

Diameter = 3.6cm

radius = 1.8 cm

Volume of sphere = 4/3 πr³

= 4/3 × 3.14 × 1.8³

= 24.4 cm³
