Explanation:

Given :-

How many solutions will you get for :-

2x + y = 6

Solution :-

There must be four solutions for the given Equation :-

1st Solution :-

Let's assume,

x = 2

y = 2

As,

2*2 + 2 = 6

4 + 2 = 6

6 = 6

LHS = RHS

2nd Method :-

Let's assume,

x = 1

y = 4

As,

2*1 + 4 = 6

2 + 4 = 6

6 = 6

LHS = RHS

3rd Method :-

Let's assume,

x = 3

y = 0

As,

2*3 + 0 = 6

6 + 0 = 6

6 = 6

LHS = RHS

4th Method :-

Let's assume,

x = 0

y = 6

As,

2*0 + 6 = 6

0 + 6 = 6

6 = 6

LHS = RHS
