Given :-

x² - 3x + a = 0

To Find :-

Value of a

Solution :-

Given equation,

f(x) = x² - 3x + a

Putting x = 1

(1)² - 3(1) + a = 0

1 - 3 + a = 0

-2 + a = 0

a = 0 + 2

a = 2

Therefore

Value of a is 2
