Q1. If we afraid learn from my our mistakes then why are we always afraid to make mistakes ??

if we learn from our mistakes then we are afraid to make same mistakes Because till then we understand that we did something wrong and now we have to be careful and not to do it again.....but it's too late to understand and half of the time is gone... so people always try not to do mistakes...
as making mistakes is a very costly way of learning.
