1. Range = Max. marks – Min. marks

= 9 – 1 = 8

2. Sum of all the observations = 4 + 6 + 7 + 5 + 3 + 5 + 4 + 5 + 2 + 6 + 2 + 5 + 1 + 9 + 6 + 5 + 8 + 4 + 6 + 7

= 100

Total number of observations = 20

Arithmetic mean = Sum of all the observations/Total number of observations

= 100/20

= 5

3. First Four Even Numbers = 2,4,6,8.

2+4+6+8 = 20.

Mean = 20/4 = 5.

4. To find out mode we have to arrange the raw data in organised data. Organised data = 12,12,13,13,14,14,14,16,19. Here 14 occurs most frequently (3 times). So mode is 14.
