Q1. Most of us have to work for living, and job is a central part of our lives. So why do managers have to worry so much about employee motivation issues?

Managers have to worry about other employees because he/ she is the one who sees every thing . And it is important for an higher post worker to first think about the smaller ones. Yes, job is a central part of our life but it depends on our potential and capabilities. And it's upto managers how they deal with employees and bring out a more productive work.

  • Without a fully involved workforce, an organization is less probable to achieve its objectives.
