Q1.Mukesh is three times as old as Suresh. 9 years

Answer :-

Let the age of suresh be 'x'

Age of mukesh = 3 × x = '3x'

9 years ago -

➩ Age of suresh = x - 9

➩ Age of mukesh = 3x - 9

According to the question -

➩ x - 9 + 3x - 9 = 66

➩ 4x - 18 = 66

➩ 4x = 66 + 18

➩ 4x = 84

➩ x = 84/4

➩ x = 21

Age of Suresh = 21

Age of Mukesh = 21 × 3 = 63
