IT IS PRETTY EASY.....

ATQ,

We have to multiply.........

5 \: \times \: \frac{2}{9} \\ \\

So , we know that in addition and subtraction we have to take LCM....

But not in Multiplication....and In division we know the rule we don't have to divide...we have to take reciprocal and than multiply........

so,..... SEE BELOW HERE'S YOU'RE ANSWER...

we \: can \: write \: 5 \: as \: \frac{5}{1} \\ in \: fractional \: form....... \\ and \: by \: this \: we \: can \: solve \: this \\ we \: can \: solve \: this \: question..... \\ \\ \frac{5}{1} \: \times \frac{2}{9} \: = \: \frac{5 \: \times \: 2}{1 \: \times \: 9} \\ \\ = \frac{10}{9} \: is \: your \: answer......

And by dividing...10 and 9 we have one more answer......That is, 1.1111.....

so your answers are....1.1(bar).....and 10/9.
