In this we have to find the value of q

According to Coloumbs law ,

F = K Q1Q2 / r^2

here,

K = 8.98 × 10^9

q1 and q2 = charges

r = distance between the charges

F = Force b/w the charges

Putting the values:

-0.85 = 8.98 × 10^9 (q) (-3q)/ (28)^2

-3q^2 = -0.85 × 28 × 28 / 8.98 × 10^9

q^2 = 666.4 × 10^-9 / 26.94

q^2 = 24.73 / 10^9

q = √24.73 / 10^9

q = 14.9 × 10^-9
