We can take the angles in ratio as, 7x, 9x, 3x and 5x.

7x+3x+5x+9x = 360

24x = 360

x =  15

Thus, 7x = 105, 9x = 135, 3x = 45 and 5x = 75 degrees.

This quadrilateral is a trapezium.

This is because in a trapezium the adjacent angles at the either ends of the parallel lines add up to 180 deg.

105+75=180 deg and

135+45=180 deg
