ANSWER:-
- Ausable was disturbed as he said that this was the second time that a person has entered his room through the single window and beneath it lied the single balcony.
- He complained of the balcony which was not his', but the apartment next to him. He said that he had complained the management to block this but this never happened.
- Ausable cooked up the story of the balcony. He said that the balcony in the window was helping every stranger to get in the room. He also said that the balcony was of the next apartment and had asked the management to block it and they did agree, although it was not blocked. He said this to confirm by what means Max had entered his room and when he saw that he did not knew about the balcony, he cooked up the false story.
- Ausable when found out that Max had used the Master key to enter his room he quickly formed the story of a balcony. He also remembered that he had booked a drink and was expecting the waiter. Wo when the waiter arrived, he told Max that the police arrived. Now Max had thought to stay in Balcony as explained by Max and so without looking back he fell down the street as their was no balcony there.
