Mr Ali is looking for a flat to stay in the city. He got a flat at one of the societies in Pune with a lot of amenities. Other people who stay in the society are Mr Shinde, Mr Iyer, Mr Kumar, Mr Patel . They do not want Mr Ali to stay here.
Do you think that they can stop Mr Ali from staying in the Society
What were the probable reasons for not allowing Mr Ali to stay? Give appropriate reasons.

Q2. Reshma and Anil work in the same company on same position and responsibilities each every month.Yet Anil’s salary is Rs 40,000/ and Reshma’s salary is Rs 30,000/ . Inspite doing the same work they both are paid differently.
Do you think there is some kind of discrimination here. If yes, which one? Explain in detail.

Q1 . No they cant stop Ali from living there because According to our Constitution . Any person can move freely to and city and settle there . The most probable reason they dont want Mr.Ali to live there is he is muslim and they want to make the society a Hindu society .

Q2. Yes it is the discrimination of Right to Equality ( Article 14 - 22 ) . According to this law the citizens of India have social , political , ecnomical right . No it is illegal by law .
