Answer:

\frac{2x + 3}{x + 2}  +  \frac{3}{2}  = 10

 \frac{2x + 3}{x + 2}  = 10 -  \frac{3}{2}  =  \frac{20 - 3}{2}

 \frac{2x + 3}{x + 2}  =  \frac{17}{2}

2(2x + 3) = 17(x + 2)

4x + 6 = 17x + 34

4x - 17x = 34 - 6

 - 13x = 28

x =  -  \frac{28}{13}

 \frac{2x + 3}{x + 2}  +  \frac{3}{2}  = 10

( \frac{2x + 3}{x + 2} ) = 10 -  \frac{3}{2}

 \frac{2 x + 3}{x + 2}  =  \frac{20 - 3}{2}

2(2x + 3) = 17(x + 2)

4x + 6 = 17x + 34

 6 - 34 = 17 x - 4x

 -28 = 13x

 \frac{- 28}{13}  = x
