ans1-our stomach's inner lining is protected by mucus secreted by mucus glands so the HCl present in the stomach does not damages the stomach
ans2-the food item eaten is more fatty in nature because gall bladder temporarily stores bile juice which helps in digestion of fats

1. The lining of the stomach is coated with mucus to protect it from acid damage. In addition, when the mixture of food and acid leaves the stomach and enters the small intestine, it's neutralized by the basic environment of the intestine.
2. substances such as vitamins and proteins are indigested as the gall bladder secretes some enzymes which helps to digest the food.
