Concept:

To fence a field with wire we need to find the cost of fencing in such case perimeter will used because we have to only fence border of the field

Now ,we'll apply perimeter of Rectangle

Perimeter of Rectangle= 2(l+b)

Where,l is the length and b is the breadth

since,the length and breadth are given in the ratio 2:3 so,

length Will be 2x and breadth will be 3x

Perimeter of Rectangle= 2(2x+3x)

length = 2x= 2*4.5=9m

Breadth= 3x=3*4.5=13.5m

perimeter of field = 2(9+13.5)

Perimeter of the field= 2(22.5)

Perimeter of Rectangle= 45 m
