each. One of them had 15 candies more than the other
The candies with Akash was 60% of the total candies
with them. How many candies did each have?

it's simple let akash be A and beenu be B

Aakash has 60% of candies i.e. (major)

which means

Beenu has 40% of candies

obviously

1)let B be 'x' and A be '15+x'

now

2) 60/40 =15+x/x

i.e. by simple math we get

3)6x=4(15+x)

4)6x= 60 +4x

5)2x=60

therefore

x=30 which is of B

and

x+15= 45 which is of A
