Explanation:

and 1- A tissue is a group of cells, in close proximity, organized to perform one or more specific functions. There are four basic tissue types defined by their morphology and function: epithelial tissue, connective tissue, muscle tissue, and nervous tissue.

ans 3- There are three primary meristems: the protoderm, which will become the epidermis; the ground meristem, which will form the ground tissues comprising parenchyma, collenchyma, and sclerenchyma cells; and the procambium, which will become the vascular tissues (xylem and phloem).

ans 4- Characteristics of meristematic tissues: (any four)

1. They are made up of immature cells.

2. They have the capability to differentiate into any cell.

3. They are living and thin walled.

4. They are diploid in nature and show mitotic division.

5. The cells of meristematic tissues are rich in cytoplasm.

6. They do not contain reserve food materials, ER and plastids
