Answer 1 : Comparison of thought with a moth .

Because she /he thinks that words are not sufficient to express his thoughts that's why before he get sufficient word for his thoughts he wanted to wrap it until it get fully matured .

Answer 2: He wanted his thoughts to convert in a beautiful butterfly by weaving a cocoon around the lovely thoughts .
