HEY MATE ✌✌✌

1) Bail is money that some criminal defendants are required to deposit to guarantee that they will return to court if released from jail while their cases are pending. ... Bail may be posted as "cash," or through a bond. A bond is a legal contract that requires someone to pay money if a defendant fails to return to court.

2) FIR is an important document because it sets the process of criminal justice in motion. It is only after the FIR is registered in the police station that the police take up investigation of the case. Anyone who knows about the commission of a cognizable offence, including police officers, can file an FIR.

3)Public Prosecutor is a person that has been appointed either by the central Government or the State government to represent cases on behalf of the State in criminal trials. The main role of the public prosecutor is to serve the ends of justice in the best interests of the public.
