1)Primary Sector:-

The primary sector of the economy includes any industry involved in the extraction and production of raw materials, such as farming, logging, hunting, fishing, and mining. The primary sector tends to make up a larger portion of the economy in developing countries than it does in developed countries.

Various activities undertaken by Primary sector:-

Primary sector includes mining and quarrying, poultry farming, fishing, animal husbandry, agriculture, forestry.

2) Secondary Sector:-

Manufacturing and Industry sector known as the secondary sector , sometimes as the production sector.

The secondary sector includes secondary processing of raw materials, food manufacturing, textile manufacturing and industry.Secondary sector includes manufacturing activities.

3) Tertiary Sector:-

Tertiary Sector is a sector which does not include agriculture and industries in it, however, it includes banking, communication, power, education, health etc. If a country wishes to develop then it should improve its service sector. It is also known as service sector.

Tertiary sector activities include insurance, services, tourism, health, education, banking, communication, transport, trade.
