hi there!

1) Fundamental rights are usually defined as absolute rights a citizen of a country possesses that cannot under the majority of circumstances be taken from the citizen. From a legal standpoint fundamental rights are mainly those stated in legal rulings or region laws, though sometimes certain rights are thought so basic they’re inferred.

2) I believe there is a certain value intrinsic to all humans just by virtue of being human. Thus, there is a certain fundamental right to survival, liberty, and dignity that no person or entity should ever be able to legally take away. These are often considered "god given" rights.

3) the constitution makes 2 main declarations against exploitation-

1-  prohibition of traffic in human beings and forced labour.

2-  prohibition of employment of children in factories.

4) a. Right to equality which provides for no discrimination on the basis of sex and equal opportunities for women.

b. Right against exploitation which prevents human trafficking, particularly women for immoral purposes. Right against exploitation also bans child labour, where no body can be employed below the age of 14.

c. Right to education which provides for free and compulsory education for children upto the age of 14.
