Q1:- What vicious circle are the bangle makers trapped in?

1. The bangle makers complain that they are trapped in a vicious circle which is very hard to break. The police, the middlemen, the keepers of law, the bureaucrats and the politicians have joined hands to impose perennial poverty on them.

2. 
By this statement, she means that Saheb was better off while doing the rag picking than working at the tea stall because then he was slave to none. He could go anywhere he wanted. But at the tea stall he is a slave to the tea stall owner.

 They came from India’s neighboring countries such as Bangladesh, Nepal etc. They migrated to India for better opportunities. Survival in their own country was difficult.
