(1). Landlords and zamindars were recognized as the owner of lands . They were given hereditary rights of succession of the land under them . The zamindars could sell or transfer the land as they wished .

Zamindars proprietorship would stay as long as he paid fixed revenue at the said date of government .

(2) Zamindars and landlords are big land owners . They were holders of revenue rights without obligation to perform any duty other than revenue collection . Land assignment to jagirdars were not hereditary and revenue rights if Zamindars were hereditary .

(3) No, money lender's don't own their own land because they work at another people lands to invest money , so they don't own their own lands.
