Answer:

Q1. Cold shake becomes hotter because the surrounding water vapor comes in contact with the cold surface and condenses. During condensation, the water vapours in the air use the low temperature in the jug to condense, therefore the low temperature in the jug is absorbed and the cool shake comes to room temperature.

Q2. In a cup of hot tea, the water in the cup will evaporate because the tea has heat which helps the liquid in the cup to convert to vapour. The liquid in the cup will evaporate till the heat is used up and the tea will come to room temperature.
