Ans 1. The people of Nepal want a new constitution because ideals of the people had change as the country head moved from a monarchy to democracy. New constitution in Nepal will establish Nepal as a democracy in order to bring a new society with new ideals.
Ans 2. Constitutive' is a term which means having the power to establish or give organized existence to something. e.g.: If we look the game of football than in the game we can't touch the ball with our hand. This is the constitutive rule of the game of football.
Ans 3. The right to equality provides for the equal treatment of everyone before the law, prevents discrimination on various grounds, treats everybody as equals in matters of public employment, and abolishes untouchability, and titles (such as Sir, Rai Bahadur, etc.).
