Ans1. (i)Input devices-
1. It sends information to a computer system for processing.
2. Input devices only allow for input of data to a computer.
3. For example: Keyboard,Mouse,JoyStick,Light pen,Track Ball,Scanner,Microphone, etc.

Output devices-
1. It reproduces or displays the results of that processing.
2. Output devices only receive the output of data from another device.
3. For example: Monitor,Printer,Headphones,Computer Speakers,Projector,GPS,Sound Card, etc.

(ii) Hardcopy Output-
1. It is a printed document file.
2.It is a physical copy.
3.It is treated as permanent copy.

Softcopy Output-
1. It is a non- printed document file.
2. It is a virtual copy.
3. It is treated as temporary copy.
