hi friend , here's your answer:

firstly let's see what is the meaning of additive inverse.
this is nothing but if there's a number a then it's additive inverse is -a.

4/99-2/3=4/99-66/99=-62/99=62/99.
-4/11=4/11.
5/3=-5/3.
18/7=-18/7.

now let's see what is the meaning of multiplicative inverse(reciprocal).if there's q number a turn the multiplicative inverse of a is 1/a.

-2=-1/2.
1/5=5/1=5.
-4/7X-3/2=12/14=6/7=7/6.
-3X-2/7=6/7=7/6.

there was a confusion and lack of clarity in your question.
please try to be more clear.
Comment the mistake if wrong.

hope it helps
