With due respect I beg to state that I'm the secretary of Environment Club of ABC High School. Our school is going to organise a "Poseter Making Competition" on coming 12th December 2020. In this competition, along with our school's students, other students from the locality have also nominated themselves. There will be group divisions as per the age of the competitors. The competition will start at 10:00 am on the scheduled date.

We will be grateful to you if you send a team of art and craft teachers from your school to judge a group of this event. The venue will be our school auditorium. Hoping to get an early reply from you.

In this “Poster Making Competition” our school and many other neighbouring schools are participating. In this competition, groups are made. The most important thing is that it is organising on 28th November 2020. And the competition is starts from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. The venue for the competition is our school auditorium.
