3) She said that she had been there the previous day.

when there is 'said' in direct, we change the tense of the sentence inside the "".

Present tense becomes past.

Past tense becomes past percent.

Past perfect tense remains as it is.

also we need to change 'here' to 'there' and also change 'yesterday' to 'the previous day'.
