Q10. Mr. Verma started business with 200,000. Out of this amount he buy goods worth
*150,000. And he buys machinery of 150,000 for this business puposes. +10,000 is yet to
be paid to the suplier of machinery?

(b) What are the fixed assets?

The amount of capital is Rs.200,000

  • (b) What are the fixed assets?

Fixed assets is a tangible assets or property of business which is used for generating income. It is used for long time. Its benefits is more than 1 one year.

Example - Buliding, machinery..etc

  • c) Who is creditor ?

Creditors are liabilities of the business. A person who lends money is known as creditor. Mr. Verma is also a creditor as he purchased machinery and he has to pay Rs. 10,000.
