As mom was preparing the heavenly dish I was totally unaware about the limitless joy that would be savoured in single gobble of that tiny ping pong sized vegie ball.
The aroma of this magic magnetic dish just pulled me to the kitchen and the light brown chocolate color was luminous to grab my attraction like south pole obviously since I was facing the north direction in the kitchen. My hands pounced away from my torso to lift a single vegie ball of sepankezhangu.
Those tiny cute balls were covered with minute specks of salt and chilly powder along with the deep fried crust.
As I lifted carefully with my two fingers i could feel the warmth like a new born child , I gently caressed it into my lips. The smell was sensational that it tricked, trickled and tickled very nodes of the nostril nerves. Once it went inside my mouth, the crunch of the crust created a path to Paradise shutting down all the senses except my taste buds, the whole aathma and unknown soul had directed all its focus to my tounge, the brain was super ready and became wide to capture all endless brimming bounty of taste that was flowing in the mouth. I could taste the inner fleshy content of unearthed corm swaying across all the corners of the mouth cavity in tranquil to disperse the blissful taste everywhere. The broken semi assimilated pieces of that sepankanzgu was revealing every atom, from the granules of crust of chilly and salt hooked up the taste to different high to the pulpy flesh of the corm. I just could feel a bidding farewell as the deep fried corm dwindle downs to the throat to fulfill its purpose in passing the cycle of energy
