Side of the square garden (a) = 250 cm

Distance covered by Reema = Perimeter of the garden

= 4 × a

= 4×250

= 1000 cm

Distance covered in 1 step = 50 cm

Steps required to run around = 1000/50

Steps required = 20 steps

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Side of square= 250cm

Perimeter= 4×side

=4×250cm=1000cm

Now

Use unitary method..

0.5m(50cm)= 1 step

1000cm=1/0.5×1000 steps= 2000 steps

=2000 steps
