Answer:

Lets assume that the age of father is x years and age of natia is y years

Step-by-step explanation:

If the ratio of thier present age is 1:3

Then y/x=1/3 = 3y=1x =(1)

after 10 years thier ratio of ages is 1:2

Then y+10/x+10=1/2

2y+20=x+10

From (1) we know that x=3y

2y + 20 = 3y + 10

20-10=3y-2y

10=y

So the present age of Natia(y) is 10 years

and since 3y = x

3(10) = x

x=30

So the present age of the father(x) is 30 years

Answer

We have,

Let, percentage, 8x,3x

Then, after 10 year;

3x+10

8x+10 = 12

8x+10=6x+20

8x−6x=20+10

2x=10

x= 10 ÷2

x=5

∴ Present age of father,

=8x

=8×5

=40 years
