Answer:the courage for Mandela stands for the victory on the fear but he doesn't mean that a fearless person is always courageous person,courage mean to Mandela to fight for his people for the freedom ,for his freedom, for his motherland and the system of apartheid which was in practice from several decades in South Africa. he was not courageous at his childhood as much as he was in young days , during childhood the freedom for him was to go to river etc and in his college days the freedom for him is to go out from the hostel according to his will but as he grew up the freedom for him become the freedom for his people .
