We know that the formula for sum of interior angles for a polynomial is :

Sum = ( n − 2 ) × 180

But we got sum = 108n

=> 108n = (n-2)180 = 180n - 360

=> 180n-108n = 360

=> 72n = 360

=> n = 5

Therefore, the number of sides of the polygon = 5 (Pentagon)
