Firstly we understand what is development :- development means our growth. it means that if we see our past and present so what are the positive changes which are in present in past we call it as development.

We know that all have different needs according to their requirements. so if needs or requirements are different from person to person so their development is also different.

so development for one May or may not be development for other.

if we take the example of a farmer

so what is the development for him. the development of him is that to produce more and more crops.

but if we take the example of a student so what is the development for him??. the development of him is that to increment in marks.

so it proves that different people have different developmental goals.
