Respiration in Animals:

 i.  It occurs through lungs.

ii. Animals release CO2 as waste by product into the atmosphere.

iii. As animals are hetrotrophs they get glucose and oxygen from outside to carry out repiration.


Respiration in plants :

 i. It occurs through stomata, lenticels, roots etc.

ii. It gives out o2

iii. Plants produce glucose and oxygen on their own to carry out respiration
