correct statment - Sodium is Stored in Kerosene .

Sodium is highly reactive with water , when it reacts with water it cause a explosion , when Na react with water in presence of O2 gas it produces Sodium oxide at room temperature .. and also the density of sodium is higher then kerosenehence sodium is kept ( immersed ) in kerosene.
