As we know OP is making angle of 45°

So we need to tilt it to bring it from 1st quadrant to 3rd quadrant (as asked in the question).

The y axis is making 180°.

So, 180°-45°=135°

And the 3rd quadrant lasts till 180°+90°(x' axis)= 270°

And now subtracting 270°- OP= 270°-45°-225°

So to make X and y negative it can be any angle between 135° and 225°.

Hence, 135°<(any angle)<225°.
