and,

Product of zeroes = -1/3

Therefore,

Required quadratic polynomial = X²-( Sum of zeroes)X + Product of zeroes

=> X² - ( -7/2)X + (-1/3)

=> X² + 7X/2 - 1/3

=> 6X²+21X-2
