Let the 5 Rs. note be x.

Let the 10 Rs. note be 10+x

Amount of 5 Rs. = 5 × x .

Amount of 10 Rs. = 10(x+10)

Total = 1000

\textsf{5x+10(x+10)=1000}

\textsf{5x+10x+100=1000}

\textsf{15x+100=1000}

\textsf{15x=1000-100}

\textsf{15x=900}

x = \sf\frac{900}{15}

\huge{\boxed{\boxed{x=60}}}

5 Rs Note be 60.

10 Rs note be 10+60

= 70.
