\begin{gathered}\bf To  \: Find = \begin{cases} &\sf{total \: thickness \: of \: stack.}  \end{cases}\end{gathered}

Understanding!

Here, we will first multiply 5 with 20. It is because we have got measurement of each book i.e. 20 mm. So we will multiply and find thickness of all 5 books. And likewise we'll do for the sheets.

Solution:-

 \longrightarrow \sf 5 \times 20 = 100mm

So, the total thickness of 5 books is 100mm.

 \longrightarrow \sf 5 \times 0.016 = 0.08mm

So, the total thickness of 5 paper sheets is 0.08 mm.

Now,

For finding Total thickness of stack we will add both measurements.

 \longrightarrow \sf 10 + 0.080 = 10.08

So, the total thickness of stack is 10.08 mm.
