a)If the plasma membrane ruptures or breakdown then the cell will not be able to exchange material from its surrounding by diffusion or osmosis. Thereafter the protoplasmic material will be disappeared and the cell will die.
b) The secretory activities of the cell would also cease to occur. Also, if there is no Golgi apparatus, the plasma membrane would be affected because it needs to be able to grow larger for cell division.

if there is no plasma membrane in a cell then it will die as it can't exchange things from it surroundings by the process of osmosis and diffusion
if there is no go lgi apparatus then it will affect the plasma membrane as it should be larger for reproduction
