Given :-

the sum of zero = -2

product of zero = 3

 \bf \: let  \: first \:  zero \:  =  \alpha  \\ </p><p>\bf \: second  \: zero =  \beta

as we know that :-

 \bf \:  \alpha  +  \beta  =  \dfrac{ - b}{a}  \\  \\  \sf \:  \alpha  +  \beta  =  - 2 \:  \:  \:  \:  \: (given) \\  \\  \therefore \:  \:  \sf \:  - 2 =  \dfrac{b}{a}  \\  \\  \bf \alpha  \times  \beta  =  \dfrac{c}{a}  \\  \\  \sf \:  \alpha \times   \beta  = 3 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: (given) \\  \\  \therefore \:  \:  \sf \: 3 =  \dfrac{c}{a}  \\  \\

here,

a = 1

-b = -2

b = 2

c = 3

polynomial = ax² + bx + c

put the values of a, b, & c we get --

x² + 2x + 3

multiply by 4 in polynomial we get --

4x² + 8x + 12

hence, polynomial = 4x² + 8x + 12
